I suspect that they are using the guestbook as their source, however it is doubtfull that even a small number of visitor sign such guestbooks. <br /><br />The shock was the sale it self and the manner that they kept it secret with no discussion within their own community. This raises the question of non profit governence in the United States where a few trustees can act without care for the larger community.
